Shipping and Return

 

SHIPPING

We accept online orders for shipment domestically in Australia and internationally.

Original works are personally and lovingly packaged in hard cardboard boxes, and shipped via Australia Post.

Prints on paper are personally and lovingly wrapped in plastic sleeve, and posted in hardboard envelope via Australia Post.

Please allow 7 to 30 business days from the date of your purchase to your delivery, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number.

Please include your phone number with your order, so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all the original packaging for the shipper's inspection.

The refund will be issued by the shipper and not Lucy Chen Fine Art.

There is no exception to this policy.

NO RETURN FOR PRINT ORDERS

All sales of prints are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ORIGINAL WORKS

Returns or exchanges of original works are welcome if they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for domestic orders, or 15 days from the date of delivery for international orders, and arrive back to us in the same exact condition as when they left.

This includes all original packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the originals arrive after the above specified times from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit and you must pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.

There is no exception to this policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND E-COURSES

All sales of digital products and e-courses are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

There is no exception to this polity.
